Calculate visa costs
- Dient tenminste 6 maanden bij aankomst geldig te zijn
- Originele paspoort meesturen bij je aanvraag
- Twee lege, tegenover elkaar liggende visumpagina's
- BBP uittreksel, niet ouder dan 3 maanden, OF een kopie van je verblijfsvergunning (alleen nodig als je niet in het bezit bent van een Nederlands paspoort)
- 2 Volledig ingevulde en ondertekende visumformulieren
- Er dienen 2 officiele paspoortfoto's bijgevoegd te worden
- De uitnodigende partij moet inreistoestemming voor je vragen bij het ministerie van Binnenlandse Zaken in Khartoum
- Als deze toestemming is verleend door het ministerie, wordt de autorisatie naar de ambassade in Soedan in Den Haag gefaxt
- Zodra de autorisatie door de ambassade is ontvangen, kunnen wij je paspoort indienen

- Een Soedanese tour operator/reisorganisatie moet inreistoestemming voor je vragen bij het Ministerie van Toerisme in Khartoum.
- Als deze toestemming is verleend door het Ministerie, wordt de autorisatie naar de ambassade van Soedan in Den Haag gefaxt.
- Als de autorisatie door de ambassade is ontvangen kunnen wij je paspoort indienen.
- Voor familiebezoek is geen autorisatie nodig, wel moet er een kopie paspoort van de uitnodigende partij worden aangeleverd.
